When Suicide Squad was in production in 2015, the cast and crew bonded by getting tattoos, many courtesy of Harley Quinn actress Margot Robbie. The tattoos were all supposed to read “SKWAD,” but last year Robbie revealed that she made a spelling mistake on her first attempt. Now co-star Joel Kinnaman has revealed that he regrets getting the tattoo at all–and blames Will Smith for giving it to him.
Kinnaman appeared on Watch What Happens Live and explained that his tattoo artist wife Cleo Wattenström would have done a much better job. “That was a horrible idea,” he admitted, via MTV. “You know, don’t let a 47-year-old man without his reading glasses tattoo you. That is the life lesson. Especially when you have a very talented wife. It’s supposed to be a sh**ty tattoo, so that’s what it is.”
